Lost Art of the Courtesy Wave

I believe I have figured out what is plaguing America right now. No, it's not the Bush administration. No, it's not the housing crisis. No, it's not the oil companies. It's the loss of the courtesy wave. You know, that little wave that you give through your back window when someone lets you cut in front of them on your way to or from work. That little sign of gratitude and appreciation when you're stuck in a line of carbon monoxide distributors while trying to maneuver your way out of the mall parking lot, or on your way home from the big game.
