I have learned that people must have the proper tools to do their job. Not everyone can just take a lump of clay and build something. I started off thinking that this one person was just really dumb. But then, I started to think that maybe this person just thinks differently, or has just never learned how to do the job that they have been asked to do. Maybe they need to be given the tools to do their job, rather than expect them to go out and figure it out themselves.
Well, actually I already knew this, but it became very relevant today.
